Clients will implement this methodology to begin learning a local language and exploring the local culture. We provide coaching and individual mentorship in order to maximize effectiveness for future language learning endeavors.

The training that clients receive will help them thrive in cultures different than their own. By learning languages, building deep relationships, and establishing and running businesses clients will be set up to succeed as valuable citizens (and families) in many different cultures.

    For transportation in and around Tbilisi, clients and families should plan to use public transportation. Options include metro, bus, train, and taxi or rideshare. Bicycling and walking are also common.

    Yes! Or some other tablet or device to connect to the internet, take notes, record language sessions, take and store photos, etc.

  • What safety measures will be taken for clients throughout the training?

    The Cultural Studies International directors and other leaders are committed to clients’ safety while they are participating in the program and will take appropriate precautions during daily activities to care for the well-being of all clients who participate in the program. Clients will undergo safety and security training during orientation to learn best practices to adhere to in their local context. Instructors will be informed about local safety situations, will consult with security experts when needed, and will guide clients accordingly. Professional security and medical personnel will be available locally if needed.
